no time when I felt worried or uncertain as to how things

a lot of time here and did an amazing job of fixing up all

The crew from Meadowview treats my house as they would their
own. They start and finish on time, will always go above and
beyond and are trustworthy enough that I let them come and
go in my home to do the work without being here - which is
the highest compliment I could give them. One of the most
amazing things about this crew is that they are so clean -
the work gets done, but you would never know they were here
because they take such good care to clean up after all the

"I can't believe things are
almost over, either. This has been quite a process and though
it is not one that I would really opt to go through again
any time soon, Paul and I are very happy with the "almost
final" results. We are also REALLY, REALLY happy that
Rick was able to be the person in charge. He brought to the
job the exact perfect mix of professionalism, workmanship
and fun. It seemed to us that he coordinated Meadowview Construction's
equally as professional crews of painters, plumbers and electricians,
as well as the granite installers, with seamless effort.
Rick made sure that everything ran smoothly and always kept
us apprised of what was going to happen when. He also made
sure that when he said something was going to happen it did.
His insistence that the work be done properly and professionally
was very reassuring to us and his perseverence in "getting
it right" was very evident when he dealt with both the
cabinet company (to replace badly painted or just plain wrong
cabinets) and when the granite needed to be removed, not once,
but twice from the house he made sure that it was. I still
can't believe they actually had to bring it down here three
times! It's not like returning curtains or some other lightweight
purchase!! But, yes, it looks great and we are really pleased
with the final fit and look of the granite.
We were also happy with the daily clean up. It made us feel
that our home was somewhat "in control" during what
could have been a really "out of control" experience!
We really appreciated (well, I certainly did) Rick's "no
problem, not to worry" manner when things did seem, at
least to me, like they were sliding out of MY control! He
was very reassuring that everything was going to be OK- and
he was right! It was!
We enjoyed meeting Milton, Mike, Les, Brian and Jeff and Cory-
they were all great!
Thanks so much for everything. We would be happy to recommend
Meadowview Construction to anyone looking for renovations
or other construction needs. And, of course, we would not

to the era of the house (C 1912) and the stunning result proves

was contracted to construct a room in about 2/3 of our basement
and provide the electrical, plumbing, HVAC and the blueboard/plastering.
Though theirs was not the lowest of the bids, their responsiveness,
attention to detail and precise work was well worth paying

whether by phone or e-mail and changes were easily accommodated.

should do to your web site to make it more appealing. Here

horror stories from friends and family that had been through

Construction is about as good as it gets! The workmanship
is excellent, the crew courteous and respectful of property
and the work is completed in as timely a manner as possible.
In addition, the contractor, David West, is accessible. David
responds to phone calls and e-mails promptly. He solicits
comments regarding the ongoing project and addresses all concerns.
Clearly, pleasing the customer and keeping disruption to a
minimum during the building process are top priorities. We
have not found all of the aforementioned traits with any company
with whom we have done business in the past.
